For transporting goods, we primarily use FedEx—one of the more secure and traceable shippers available. In most cases, orders placed by phone before 3:30pm EST will be delivered the next day.
What does it cost to ship?
Standard parcel shipping costs $25 CAD and isonlybe billed if sale occurs. Depending on the value of goods shipped, shipping cost may vary.
Do you offer consignment goods?
Once a business relationship has been established, and with our office's approval, we are happy to offer consignment goods as requested.
What grading certificates are provided?
We work closely with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gem Society (AGS), International Gemological Institute (IGI), and Gem Scan Laboratories (GS) diamond grading offices.
What’s included with our Canadian Diamonds?
Each Canadian diamond purchased from us is presented with a uniquely engraved plate, displaying its grading information. Both the jeweller and the customer are equipped with all the relevant information at their fingertips. Learn about our plate system here.
